- Guniting machine -

 

These machine is particularly suitable for cement and refactory concrete with a grain size from 8mm up to 18mm.

The basic configuration is delivered with an electrical drive with a frequency converter 7,5kW (400V / 50Hz / 32A). The rotorspeed is continuously variable.

 

Rotor specifications:

All-aluminium, 15 ltr. with rotor disc.

Theoretical hourly output*: max. 4-6m3/h.

 

The required capacity of compresse air depends on hose diameter (NW), conveying distance and conveyor capability.

We provide help to find out, which capacity of compressed air you need for your impending project.

 

The machine has a remote control for start, stop (air and material) and an emergency shutdown. The cable length measuring 50m.

 

Additional equipment:

  • Manual or automatic central lubcrication of the seal plate.
  • Pneumatic compactor at the hopper.
  • Radio control with charging station.

 

Spraying equipment, nozzles for every kind of work and wide range of spare parts are available.
