WM-Flex air+

In order to achieve a constant water-cement ratio, which is essential for a consistent quality of the finished sprayed material, WERNER MADER GMBH has achieved a significant improvement with the new WM-Flex air+ nozzle. Due to the additional air in the water addition, the added water quantity remains almost constant – even with fluctuating water pressures. In addition, further positive effects occur: Compared with the familiar pointed technique, adhesive pull values as well as porosity are greatly improved. Initial laboratory tests have already shown this impressively. An additional effect is the significantly reduced dust formation and the considerably lower rebound.
